This 2-1/2″ Spoilboard Cutter has 3 wings and is used for milling or fly cutting materials including WOOD, PLASTICS, & ALUMINUM.
The most common use of this tool is for leveling the MDF or LDF sacrificial board on a CNC router. Common Feeds/Speeds are typically 14,000 RPM Spindle Speed at a range of 500-1,200 IPM Feed Rate.
