This tooling kit includes (5) router bits (all 1/4″ shank) that cut and shape EVA Foam. This will cut materials like SeaDek, HJDeck, FOCEAN, OrthoDek, and other marine flooring brands.
Included in kit:
- (1) 3/16″ Foam Decking Endmill
- (1) 1/4″ Foam Decking Endmill
- (1) 3/8″ Foam Ball Burr Endmill
- (1) 1/2″ Foam Ball Burr Endmill
- (1) 3/4″ Foam Ball Burr Endmill
To cut out the outside of the material, a knife blade is ideal. These are specific to each CNC machines knife system. Please give us a call if you need any assistance finding the correct blade.
