EVA Foam CNC Routing Kit

Description

This tooling kit includes (5) router bits that cut and shape EVA Foam. This will cut materials like SeaDek, HJDeck, FOCEAN, OrthoDek, and other marine flooring brands.

Included in kit:

• (1) 3/16″ Foam Decking Endmill
• (1) 1/4″ Foam Decking Endmill
• (1) 3/8″ Foam Ball Burr Endmill
• (1) 1/2″ Foam Ball Burr Endmill
• (1) 3/4″ Foam Ball Burr Endmill

To cut out the outside of the material, a knife blade is ideal. These are specific to each CNC machines knife system. Please give us a call if you need any assistance finding the correct blade.
